…the ITB develops specific and general study aptitude tests. We advise universities on all aspects of testing and assessing aptitude and help prospective students to discover and develop their potential.
Our test developers are experts in aptitude assessment. They have at least a master degree in psychology, a certification following the German DIN 33430 and expertise in statistics, psychometry and test development.
We can draw on years of experience with all possible test delivery conditions: paper-based, online, in test centres, at-home-testing or on campus.
Our processes are transparent regarding test development, implementation and evaluation.
Our tests are evaluated according to current scientific standards: We evaluate reliability, validity and participants reactions.
We have a scientific advisory board, are a member of the ITC (International Test Commission) and cooperate with other test developers in scientific research.
