You can register in the registration system at any time. With the start of the respective registration periods, booking a specific test (incl. test date and test location) is then also possible. After the end of the late registration period, it is no longer possible to register or re-register to another test location or date or to change the test language. There will be no waiting lists. The start dates of the registration periods can be found on the page of the respective test.
For registration we need your personal data (see privacy policy). Please make sure that your data is correct when you enter it, because…
Through your personal user account you can later access your invitation and your test results.
Once you have clicked on the link in your invitation email, you will be asked to enter your first and last name and to generate your password. By providing this information, you have already completed the registration process and successfully created your user account. Now you can register for the respective test. Ususally, you will be asked for further personal data in the first step, such as your address.
When you sign up, you can choose the test location, test date and test period.
There will be one morning test session (approx. 8:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. including registration) and one afternoon test session (approx. 1:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. including registration). We advise early registration as the number of places per test date is limited. If you register late, there is a risk that your desired location and/or desired date will no longer be available. This will then no longer be displayed in the registration portal. On the Monday before the test date, you can download your invitation letter, which shows the exact times and the address of the test center.
The test location, test date and test period will only be bindingly reserved for you once payment has been made. Without payment, your reservation expires after 24 hours.
A reregistration to another test date, test location and test period is possible until the end of the late registration period. Reregistration during the registration period is subject to a fee of €30. Additional fees may apply for re-registration during the late registration period. To reregister, please contact our support team at test-info@itb-consulting.de.
In addition, you should also state in your application which university or universities you would like to apply to. At least one of the universities must be marked. You can also decide to which university or universities we should send your test results (does only apply to TM-WISO).
We will only send the results to the university or universites you mark under the question “To which university or universities would you like u to send your results?” and not to the university or universities you mark under “Which university(ies) would you like to apply to?” We send the results to the universities at the same time as we make the results available to test takers.
We recommend that you send the results to the university(ies) automatically, otherwise you will have to make sure that the university(ies) receive your test report in time. At the University of Cologne, you must upload your test report during the application process. Sending the results through us is no longer sufficient.
Once you have provided the above-mentioned information, you will be directed to the payment.
Participation in the tests is subject to a fee!
Phast costs 63 euro plus VAT (75 euro gross) in the regular registration period and 105 euro plus VAT (125 euro gross) in the late registration period.
ITB-Business, ITB-Technology and ITB-Science cost: each 76 euro plus VAT (90 euro gross) in the regular registration period and 118 euro plus VAT (140 euro gross) in the late registration period.
The TM-WISO costs 84 euro plus VAT (100 euro gross) in the regular registration period and 126 euro plus VAT (150 euro gross) in the late registration period.
The fee can be paid by credit card (MasterCard, Visa), per giropay or by PayPal. You do not have to be the credit card holder, nor does the account have to be registered to you. You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons (see instructions on withdrawal).
