Multiple mini interviews provide an opportunity to assess important skills relevant to studies or scholarships in just one hour.

Our standard version assesses skills and characteristics that have been proven to predict academic success:

Duration: 1 hour, 3 mini interviews (incl. analytical task)

Languages: Englisch and German (other languages on request)

Implementation: Online,on-site or hybrid possible

Specific adjustments are possible in various forms and to varying degrees.

Multiple mini interviews allow applicants to be assessed on more than just their academic achievements (e.g. school grades). Pprofessional aptitude, personality, motivation and social skills can also be assessed.
